Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the official website of Ever-Green Solar Solutions. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
This website provides information regarding solar power systems, including grid-tie, off-grid, and hybrid solutions utilizing high-tier components such as Growatt Inverters, Calidad Lithium Batteries, and TW Solar Bifacial Modules. All content is for informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.
1. General Information
2. Quotations and Product Availability
-
Estimates: Any pricing generated by online calculators or general price lists are "Estimates Only" and do not constitute a binding contract.
-
Final Proposals: A formal "Engineering Proposal" will be issued only after a technical site assessment.
-
Validity: Due to the volatility of international shipping and solar hardware supply chains, all formal quotes are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance.
-
Hardware Substitution: In the event of stock unavailability, Ever-Green reserves the right to substitute components with equivalent or superior specifications (e.g., upgrading a 610W panel to a 625W panel) upon client notification.
3. Logistics and Island Operations
Specifically for our clients in Siargao and surrounding islands:
-
Sea Freight: Standard quotes include delivery to the nearest major port. Additional hauling to remote sites may incur surcharges.
-
Force Majeure: Ever-Green is not liable for delays caused by "Acts of God," including typhoons, tropical depressions, or "No Sail" orders issued by the Philippine Coast Guard.
4. Installation and Site Requirements
-
Structural Integrity: The client is responsible for ensuring that the installation site (roof or ground mount) is structurally sound. Our TW Solar panels weigh approximately 32.5kg each; the roof must be capable of supporting this dead load.
-
Permissions: While Ever-Green provides the technical blueprints signed by a Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE), the client is responsible for local LGU building permits and coordination with cooperatives (SIARELCO/DIELCO) for Net-Metering.
5. Warranty and Liability
-
Manufacturer Warranty: Ever-Green acts as the facilitator for manufacturer warranties.
-
TW Solar: 12-year material warranty / 30-year power warranty.
-
Growatt: As per manufacturer datasheet (Standard 5-10 years).
-
Calidad: 5-year standard warranty on Lithium storage.
-
-
Workmanship: We provide a one (1) year warranty on installation workmanship.
-
Environmental Limitation: Our systems feature IP65/IP68 protection; however, in high-salinity island environments, the client is responsible for basic maintenance (rinsing panels) to prevent salt-mist accumulation as outlined in our maintenance guide.
6. Payment Terms
-
A Mobilization Fee (Downpayment) is required to lock in hardware pricing and scheduling.
-
Final payment is due immediately upon commissioning and "Turn-On." Failure to settle balances may result in the suspension of remote monitoring services (Growatt ShineServer/Calidad WiFi).
7. Intellectual Property
The designs, custom wiring diagrams, and engineering configurations presented on this website or in proposals remain the intellectual property of Ever-Green Solar Solutions.
8. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the courts of Surigao del Norte.
